Join Michele Benton of Om Sunshine Yoga for a Yin Yoga TT hosted by All Yoga NSB that is Yoga Alliance approved. This training is for students and teachers. You do not have to be a yoga teacher or registered with Yoga Alliance to participate.
Training will be presented in 2 levels, both 15 hours.
Level 1- Friday, January 15 and Saturday, January 16, 2021
The first section will cover basic knowledge of Yin Yoga poses, use of props,
connective tissue, our bone structure, central nervous system, and how Yin Yoga affects those.
Level 2- Friday, January 22 and Saturday, January 23, 2021
The second section will cover more in-depth knowledge of Yin Yoga poses, alternative poses, large muscle groups, sequencing and theming a class, and meditation practices for Yin Yoga and the eight limbs from the Yoga Sutras.
